At Cloud 9 Catering, we pride ourselves with beautiful displays and creative menu items that are constantly updated. We grow much of our own food, compost, overfeed our lucky chickens and try to be as green as possible wherever we can.

​

For our wedding clients - to make it as easy as possible, we provide a complete package. We also would be happy to sit down and create a totally custom menu with a collaboration between planner, chef and client!

 

Our wedding packages are based on a 5 hour reception.

Included in the package is:

Food, beverage, staff, linens, barware and tabletop.

Style of service can be buffet, plated or duet – Stations or family style can also be accommodated if they fit into the package or can  be included in a custom package.

A personal wedding coordinator and a bridal party attendant are included day of.  You will be well taken care of during the planning process with in office meetings as well as a tasting for 2 people and an onsite walkthrough.

Spring Table April-June 21

A multi-tiered table filled with crudité veggies, Cloud Nine dips, fresh fruit with domestic and imported cheeses, assorted breads & crackers, warm Chevre and herb laced evoo and croustades, Moroccan meatballs, skillet Brie topped with fresh strawberry jam and balsamic drizzle with baguette, smoked salmon with capers, and pumpernickel baguette

Summer Table June 21- September 20

A multi-tiered table with crudité veggies & Cloud Nine dips, fresh fruit domestic and imported cheeses, assorted breads & crackers, warm creamy, cheesy corn dip, chips, Hawaiian fish bowl, with house made bread crisps, ginger baked brie with baguette, charcuterie, grain mustard, cornichons & fruit spread, grilled olives,

Fall/winter Harvest Table September 21-March

A multi-tiered table filled with crudité veggies & Cloud Nine dips, fresh fruit with domestic and imported cheeses, assorted breads & crackers, Maple, almond, apple baked Brie, pumpkin bread with mango cream cheese, honey mustard kielbasa,

Raw Bar

Shrimp, clams and oysters with Cloud Nine's spicy cocktail sauce, horseradish, and hot sauce shucked to order & served in our dinghy ($11/person) includes our expert shuckers

 

Poke Bowl

Choose 3- Diced Salmon(raw), Tuna(raw), chicken, shrimp, tofu 

Mix with Wakami, sesame seeds, Shredded Daikon, carrot, Pickled veggies, 

sliced jalapenos, cukes, ginger, edamame, scallions, baby kale, rice

Top with soy sauce, wasabi aioli, sesame sauce, chili oil

 

Passed Hors d ‘Oeuvres choose 4 and we add 2 chefs’ choices
