Thank you so much for your interest in our catering service. As our client, you will be entitled to our expertise and information involving all aspects of wedding and event planning. We are a full service caterer, and we can hire everyone from the florist and musicians to the portolet service.

We have many interesting locations and menus that we offer for different events. The menus on the website are sample menus, and can be customized to your needs and specifications. Our off premise catering is very specialized, and we try to convey the "Cloud Nine" style and spirit without carbon copying every event. We are open to your ideas, and we love to try new dishes!

Unfortunately, we cannot give a straight our price when you first call, because each client traditionally have different ideas about their events. We can however, give you an idea:

Breakfast [continental to buffet brunch]-

Luncheons—$8.50- $25.50

Cocktail Parties—$ 14.00-$39.50

Afternoon Picnics—$16.00-$40.00

Dinner (Parties) [light hors d'oeuvres, buffet and dessert]—$19.00-$55.00
Weddings [heavy hors d'oeuvres, full meal and dessert]—$35.00-$85.00 per person

Service—We can price your event as a package or bill as following:

$25.00 an hour (for servers)
$30.00 (for bartenders and shuckers)
$35.00 for chef (on large events)
$40.00 an hour for a function supervisor (for large parties and weddings)

We do not supply labor for parties with a total food purchase under $700.00 (Holiday and Sunday minimums are $800.00 )

A consultation fee of $40.00/hour is charged for all site visits and may be charged after 4 hours of administration work. We charge an 18% service/administration fee on all events with service.

Rentals—We are happy to arrange rentals for our clients. We have daily correspondence with rental companies, and are best able to arrange a wonderful day for you, if we have control of booking rentals from the start of planning.
