Cloud Nine Catering was established in Madison in 1994 and moved to the Boston Post Road in Old Saybrook in 1995.

In 1997, we catered over one hundred fifty events and twenty one weddings, ranging in size from twenty guests to three hundred and sixty. Cloud Nine has catered movie shoots, very large lobster bakes, Taste of Connecticut and up to seven functions a day, each earning rave reviews.

In 1998, we bought and renovated our new building down the street at 256 Boston Post Road. By 2002 our business had more than doubled. New catering trucks have made it possible for us to service even larger parties and plated dinners with ease.
